| Prior to joining HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth as Chief Executive Officer in April 2010, Trent Pierce served as Chief Executive Officer of our Beaumont, Texas, facility. With more than 19 years in healthcare consisting of both clinical and operational roles, Trent brings a solid understanding of overall hospital operations to Fort Worth. Prior to joining HealthSouth in Beaumont, he spent more than four years as vice president for Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma, a 175-bed acute care facility. With past leadership roles in rehab, LTACH and acute care, coupled with a clinical background in Critical Care Nursing, Trent brings a unique understanding of internal hospital operations to HealthSouth Fort Worth. |

| After completing a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, Dr. Donovan began his private practice in Fort Worth in 1992. Dr. Donovan became a medical director for HealthSouth Fort Worth Rehabilitation Hospital in 1995. As medical director, Dr. Donovan is responsible for the care and treatment of patients who have experienced multiple trauma, fractures, head injuries, strokes and other musculoskeletal types of injuries. |
| Denise Crelia, RN, BSN, CRRN | |
| Chief Nursing Officer | |
| Denise has been in healthcare for more than 20 years. She worked her way through school serving as a CNA, LVN and RN. She began her career in nursing working in orthopedics, neurology and medical-surgical. Her career in rehabilitation began more than 12 years ago at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital, an affiliate of HealthSouth, in Tyler, Texas. Denise transferred to HealthSouth of Fort Worth in June 2007. She received her nursing education from Tyler Junior College, El Centro Community College and Texas Women’s University. She received her certification in rehabilitation in 1999. |
| Brigid Greenberg, PT | |
| Director of Therapy Operations | |
| Brigid has extensive experience in adult neurological rehabilitation including brain injury and stroke rehabilitations as well as clinical education. Brigid received her physical therapy degree in 1989 and her master’s degree of health science in physical therapy with a concentration in movement dysfunction and neurology in 1999. Her graduate research on an area of lower extremity rehabilitation following stroke was published in 2002. She is a certified as an Assistive Technology Provider. |

| Sherry graduated from Morehead State University in Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting. Sherry has served as CFO at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital since 2006. Previously, she worked for the State of West Virginia at Bateman Hospital as CFO and EEO Counselor. She enjoys spending time with family and her hobbies include Genealogy research, reading and outside activities. |

Niraj Mehta, D.O. |
| Internal Medicine Stroke Program Director | |
After completing his internship and internal medicine residency in Fort Worth in 2005, Dr. Mehta began practice as an Internal Medicine physician. At the same time he began his affiliation with HealthSouth Fort Worth as an Internal Medicine consultant. In 2009, Dr. Mehta became the Internal Medicine Stroke Program director for HealthSouth and continues to serve as a consulting physician in addition to his program director duties. Dr. Mehta is also an attending physician and the program director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth. |
| Sara C. Gibbons, PharmD | |
| In 2008, Sara joined HealthSouth Fort Worth as director of pharmacy. She received her undergraduate education from Angelo State University and in 2004, went on to achieve her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University. She is an active member of the Texas Pharmacy Association, Tarrant County Pharmacy Association, The American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists and Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Honor Society. Sara has extensive experience in retail pharmacy as well as hospital pharmacy and pharmacy management. |

| Tara joined HealthSouth in 2007. She received her master's degree in healthcare human resources and a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Southwest Texas State University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources certification which she received in 2006. Tara serves as a resource to all employees and enjoys recruiting new talent to HealthSouth. |
| Robert Brown | |
| Robert brings more than 40 years of healthcare experience to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth. He began his career at Cook Children's Hospital, where he served for 25 years and worked his way through air conditioning, refrigeration and heating school. In 1989, Robert was hired by HealthSouth to help open HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Forth Worth, formerly Cook Children's Hospital. In his role at HealthSouth Fort Worth, Robert oversees maintenance, housekeeping and security for the hospital and is a member of Texas Association of Hospital Engineers. |
